Tenim — Terms of Use
By downloading or using Tenim ("the app"), developed by Velodynex, you agree to these Terms of Use.
The service
Tenim is a skincare notebook: it keeps the products on your shelf, reads their ingredient lists, and runs your routine and reminders. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Information and responsibility
Information in Tenim is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, pharmaceutical, or cosmetological advice. Choosing, using, and combining products is entirely the user's own decision and responsibility. Velodynex does not warrant that the information is complete, current, or suitable for any particular skin and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in this clause limits consumers' statutory rights.
Sources and data
Ingredient functions and regulatory entries come from the European Commission's CosIng database. Product details added by barcode come from Open Beauty Facts, a collaborative database, and may be incomplete or out of date. Ingredient notes are compiled from public sources and show their source and date; Tenim cannot know the concentrations in a product or how your skin will react. The product's own label remains the reference for what it contains.
Subscriptions and billing
Tenim Pro is offered through auto-renewable subscriptions billed to your Apple Account or your Google Play account, depending on your device. Where a free trial is offered, it becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings or in Google Play › Subscriptions.
Acceptable use
Use the app for personal, lawful purposes only. Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
Intellectual property
The app and its original content, including the ingredient notes, are owned by Velodynex. Ingredient data from CosIng is © European Union and used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) licence. Product data from Open Beauty Facts is available under the Open Database License (ODbL).
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you use the app as a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
